Permanent Projects

Besides our campaigns in Ramadan and around Eid al-Adha, IHO Ebrar supports permanent projects all year round. This way people in need receive lasting support rather than one-off help. You choose which project you support.

Our permanent projects

  • Water wells: clean drinking water for villages and schools in Yemen, Mali and Ethiopia. Shares from € 25; a complete well from € 2,500.
  • Orphan sponsorship: monthly support for food, clothing, health and education.
  • Family sponsorship: regular help for a family living in poverty.
  • Food parcels: basic food for families in poverty and in war zones.
  • Medical aid and cataract surgery: treatment people cannot afford themselves, such as a cataract operation that gives someone back their sight.
  • Winter aid and clothing: warm clothes, blankets and fuel for the winter.
  • School supplies: school bags and materials for children.
  • Circumcision project: safe, medical circumcision for boys from poor families.
  • Emergency aid: immediate help in earthquakes, war and other disasters.

IHO Ebrar delivers medicine and medical supplies to areas without healthcare. From €10 you help the sick and people with disabilities.

For €50 a month you sponsor a poor family through IHO Ebrar, mainly in Gaza and Turkey. You choose your sister family yourself.

Yes. You can sponsor a complete well, also in the name of a loved one or a deceased relative (sadaqah jariyah), or donate a share from € 25.
